Make sure to freeze your cheese sticks prior to and after breading them to make sure the gooey cheese doesn’t escape the outer breading during cooking. Make sure to gently turn them half way through cooking. You do not want the cheese to escape. They’re fast, easy and especially delicious when dipped in your favorite marinara sauce.

These chicken nuggets are crispy and so full of flavor, you won’t even notice that they are gluten free. The air fryer makes these nuggets super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, without the unnecessary oil. The prep time is minimal and clean up is easy. You’ll need about 10 minutes to prepare the nuggets and then air fry for less than 15 minutes. We suggest spraying the bottom of your airfryer with avocado oil before adding the nuggets and then lightly spraying the top of the nuggets before cooking. This keeps the nuggets from sticking to the pan and the oil on top of the nuggets helps them get crispier. With the addition of the ranch dressing seasoning packet to the coating, these chicken nuggets are a crowd pleaser that will definately be on the weekly recipe rotation.

Air Fryer Buffalo Wings

If you’re craving buffalo wings, look no further. We were amazed at how simple this recipe was to make. You can even use frozen chicken wings in the air fryer and they come out crispy and delicious. This recipe combines the perfect amount of seasoning and spices to make sure your taste buds are amazed. We had to hide the cooked wings on a baking sheet in a warm oven to prevent sneaky hands from grabbing and eating them in between batches. It is especially important to leave space between each chicken wing to let the air fryer do its job. We like to serve these wings with carrot and celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Air Fryer Pork Chops

These pork chops are cooked to perfection using the air fryer. Fridge to table in less than 30 minutes. Preparation time is 5 minutes or less. Just season both sides with the flavorful spices and pop them into the air fryer. Cook until around 145 degrees and dinner is served. A healthier alternative to your average coconut shrimp. The simple flavors and few ingredients are a definite crowd pleaser. Shrimp, eggs, coconut and seasonings. That’s it! These coconut shrimp are also low carb, whole30, and paleo. The shrimp must be peeled with the tail left on for ease of dipping. Vegan/Vegetarian Main Dishes

Quick and Easy Crispy Air Fried Tofu

Looking for a vegetarian option for protein? Look no further than this delicious air fried tofu. The combination of ingredients added to tofu is sure to impress. Make sure to press the tofu prior to cooking. You can use a tofu press or just put the tofu, wrapped in an absorbent towel, under a heavy book. Why do you have to press tofu? Well, it presses out any extra moisture so that the tofu can absorb more flavor from the other ingredients and get extra crispy in the air fryer. You will only  need to press the tofu for about 5 minutes. After that, prep time is minimal and cook time is less than 10 minutes. Simple and delicious.

Air Fryer Falafel Recipe (Gluten-Free, Vegan)

A healthier version of a traditional falafel. Make sure to use an air fryer for this recipe so that you get the crispy outside and tender inside. You will need a food processor to prepare the dough and roll into falafel balls. It is important to refrigerate prior to air frying. This allows the falafel to firm up prior to cooking, so that they keep their shape and cook evenly. One falafel is under 70 calories. Wait, what? That’s right, they are delicious and healthy! We loved to put a few falafels on top of a bed of spinach and drizzle with a little hummus.

Gluten Free Air Fryer Eggplant Parmesan

This is a simple and delicious meatless Monday or vegetarian option that should be added to this week’s menu. It is important to salt the slices of eggplant and let sit prior to breading. The salt pulls out the moisture in the eggplant and makes for a crispier dish. Once each slice is breaded, you will need to air fry in batches to avoid overcrowding. Once all the breaded eggplant is cooked, simply top with your favorite marinara sauce and a slice of cheese and pop it back into the air fryer for 2 minutes. The result is an amazing dish that is sure to impress everyone.

It was so much fun trying all of these recipes. A gluten free diet doesn’t have to be restrictive, stressful, or bland. The vast variety of gluten free options for breading are always changing.

The use of an air fryer allows you to use less oil and still achieve the same crispy food you have always enjoyed, just a little healthier. We hope you enjoy preparing the recipes as much as we did.
