Ingredients

  • 1½ pound of ground turkey/frozen turkey patties
  • ¼ cup of Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat
  2. Beat your egg slightly in a large bowl, then add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. You can do this with your hand.
  3. Split the mixture into 4 equal sizes and form into patties. If you are not going to cook immediately, you can put the patties into the refrigerator. This will also help the ingredients blend in properly. So if you are not in a hurry, you can refrigerate it for about 30 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the burger.
  5. Spray your grill with a little olive oil and allow it to cook for about 5-6 minutes.
  6. During the last minutes, add your cheese, cover and grill for a minute.
