Very excited to receive the classis popper. However, when I assembled it was missing one of the parts, a handle that easily allows the movement of the cart. No big deal, the popper works without out. I just emailed the company direct and request the part that was not in the box. I would assemble once they shipped. Here is where my frustration starts. I got a return email saying that they can’t send me the part. Here is email below. What poor customer service and poor business design. If you screw up your product, support your product and go out of your way to fix a problem!!! Don’t buy from this company, find a different popper.
